If you enter into a separate membership, licence, or service agreement with Spunic, that agreement will apply to the extent it conflicts with these Terms regarding the relevant service.

Spunic provides flexible workspaces, meeting facilities, and related business support services at its locations. Availability, amenities, and operating hours may vary by location and are subject to change.

Workspace access, desk allocation, meeting room use, and guest policies are governed by your plan, location rules, and any instructions provided by Spunic staff.

Information submitted through our website or contact channels must be accurate and complete. We reserve the right to decline enquiries or memberships that we reasonably believe are fraudulent, abusive, or incompatible with our community standards.

Phase 1 of this website supports enquiries and information only. Online booking, payments, and event registration may be introduced later under separate terms.

You agree to use Spunic premises lawfully, respect other members and staff, follow health and safety guidance, and not interfere with the operation of our locations or website.

You must not upload, transmit, or store unlawful, harmful, or infringing content on our systems or networks. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and devices used to access our services.

Fees, billing cycles, deposits, and cancellation terms for workspace plans or services will be communicated in your proposal, invoice, or membership agreement.

Unless otherwise stated in writing, fees already paid may be non-refundable except where required by applicable law.

The Spunic name, logos, website content, photography, and marketing materials are owned by Spunic or its licensors and may not be copied, modified, or reused without prior written permission.

You retain ownership of content you submit to us, but grant Spunic a limited licence to use it for responding to enquiries and delivering requested services.

Our website and services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Spunic will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website or workspaces. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
