Responsibilities
- Own frontend engineer delivery for Signroots Technologies with weekly visibility to your lead.
- Ship reliable UI and integrations used by members and internal operators.
- Write clear notes for handovers, incidents, and release checklists.
- Partner with Operations when product work touches the floor experience.
- Raise risks early with practical options instead of silent blockers.
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience building web products (portfolio or shipped work).
- Comfort collaborating on-site or hybrid from a Malabar workspace.
- Clear written English; Malayalam is a plus for member-facing work.
- Ability to break work into weekly deliverables without constant supervision.
- Willingness to learn Spunic tools and member workflows in the first weeks.
Nice to have
- Prior work with startups, MSMEs, or hospitality operators in Kerala.
- Experience in a coworking, services, or consulting environment.
- A portfolio, case notes, or references you can share after the first screen.
