About the role
Spunic Infratech is hiring a Workspace Operations Lead in Manjeri (Full time · On-site) to keep member experience, vendors, and day-to-day floor operations consistent. Compensation: ₹7–11 LPA.
You will work closely with community and facilities partners across Malabar branches, with clear ownership of operations outcomes.

Responsibilities
- Own core operations outcomes for Workspace Operations Lead work at Manjeri.
- Coordinate vendors, housekeeping, and member-facing escalations with calm follow-through.
- Keep checklists, shift notes, and facility logs current.
- Flag capacity and maintenance risks before they hit members.
- Represent clear workplace standards in every member and vendor interaction.
Requirements
- Hands-on operations or facilities experience in a multi-stakeholder environment.
- Comfort working on-site at a professional workspace in Malabar.
- Clear written and spoken communication in English; Malayalam preferred.
- Calm escalation handling and checklist discipline.
- Willingness to rotate across branches when coverage requires it.
Nice to have
- Prior work with startups, MSMEs, or hospitality operators in Kerala.
- Experience in a coworking, services, or consulting environment.
- A portfolio, case notes, or references you can share after the first screen.
