About the role
Spunic Infratech is hiring a Community Manager in Kozhikode (Full time · Hybrid) to host members, run programmes, and keep floor culture professional and welcoming. Compensation: ₹4.5–7 LPA.
You will coordinate events, introductions, and member follow-ups alongside operations colleagues on Spunic floors.

Responsibilities
- Plan and host member programmes, tours, and introductions on the floor.
- Keep the community calendar accurate and follow up with guests after events.
- Partner with Jobs and Events teams when roles or programmes need amplification.
- Capture member feedback and route it to Operations or Services.
- Maintain a professional, inclusive tone in every conversation.
Requirements
- Experience hosting people, events, or member programmes.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a professional presence on the floor.
- Clear English; Malayalam strongly preferred.
- Ability to plan ahead and follow up without reminders.
- Comfort representing the brand to members and guests.
Nice to have
- Prior work with startups, MSMEs, or hospitality operators in Kerala.
- Experience in a coworking, services, or consulting environment.
- A portfolio, case notes, or references you can share after the first screen.
